Throughout his career, Shan has embarked on supporting many non-profits such as Special Olympics, Right to Play, Joe Carter Foundation, Worldvision, and the Scott Mission.It is with this compassion and focus on giving back that has made a difference not only on Shan’s passion an drive but has impacted the entire fabric of our organization. Doing things because we care and our passionate about is a big part of Shan’s driving force.

Surrounding himself by incredible team members Joseph has helped navigate Jolera through 2 recessions and the Dot Com bust of the 2000s. As COO, Govindaraj was instrumental in the development of the company’s Artificial Intelligence integration that has been a boon for Jolera’s MSP partners. Govindaraj has been recognized as a strategic thinker in the industry developing disruptive people, process, and technology solutions for the marketplace.

Since Chris’s arrival to Jolera the growth and organization on the sales program teams has been revolutionary. Black is full of dedicated compassion that has infiltrated into the Jolera DNA. With this dedication and fire Black has consistently advanced the teams and pushed for better channel sales initiatives and building cutting edge national go-to-market organizations. Black brings an energetic and caring leadership style that is helping shape the Jolera story to our client and partner community. It is not surprise the success Black and his team has achieved.

For the past six years, Martins has led the European operation for Jolera developing new initiatives such as Network Operations Centre, Secure Operations Centre, Professional Services, Service Desk, Project Management Office and a pre-sales and channel team.

The veteran of many posts at companies such as IT Dezk, PwC, Sage and 32 Senses, Martins is currently spearheading Jolera’s European expansion into Spain, Italy, and the UK. In that time, he has opened Jolera’s Spain office in Madrid in 2022 delivering as-a-service solutions in security, help desk, cloud and backup to the country’s top MSPs and channel partners.
Since 2015, Martins has built up the team at Jolera in Porto from a small group of four people to more than 80 today.

For over eight years, he has been responsible for various large transformation programs with complex integrations into Jolera’s vast ecosystem. Sagar can draw on broad knowledge garnered from working with every aspect of the organization including sales, finance, legal, technology management, and cybersecurity. As CISO, Sagar has spearheaded the transition to new cybersecurity and data protection services including detection and response, SIEM, DevSecOps, and transforming Jolera’s cyber incident response practice. He continues to lead the innovation team at Jolera and is responsible for the development of new technology, services, and integration.
