This solution is for managing existing Microsoft 365 environments. While deployment is not included in scope, if your client is looking to migrate to Microsoft 365 we can certainly assist you with this.
Does Manage IT Cloud include support for MS Teams, SharePoint?
Yes this service includes common management tasks for MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and etc.
Does this solution also help with Passwords resets?
Yes, when a user calls in, we log in and reset the account if applicable following the authorization protocol. There are also other ways to do this depending on the tenancies that are set up with the account including self-directed password resets.
