Jolera at Lenovo 360 How AI Is Reshaping the MSPs

Last January 15, Chris Black – Jolera’s CRO – attended the Lenovo 360 MSP Tech Talk in Los Angeles, joining Managed Service Providers (MSPs), technology leaders, and industry thought partners to examine how Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally reshaping the MSP business model.

Framed by the message “AI is not an upgrade. It is a reckoning,” the discussions moved beyond operational efficiency and automation. Alongside MSP leaders and voices such as Arsalan Eizadirad, the focus was on how AI is accelerating a shift away from ticket-based and hourly service models toward outcome-driven services, clearer accountability, and new revenue streams built around AI-enabled capabilities.

A recurring theme throughout the event was that AI is no longer a future consideration for MSPs. It is a present-day strategic differentiator. MSPs that can translate AI into measurable business outcomes will be best positioned to build long-term value, relevance, and trust with their clients.

This perspective strongly aligns with how Jolera supports MSPs today. Jolera works alongside MSP partners to help them operationalise AI in a practical, scalable way, from modernising service delivery models and integrating AI into existing IT operations, to enabling new, outcome-focused offerings that support business growth. Rather than treating AI as a standalone solution, Jolera approaches it as part of a broader transformation of how MSPs deliver value, manage risk, and generate sustainable revenue.

The insights shared at the Lenovo 360 MSP Tech Talk reinforce a clear direction for the industry, and for Jolera’s continued role in helping MSPs navigate this shift with confidence, structure, and real-world impact.
