Do we have to do all five pillars?+
No. Each pillar stands on its own. Most organizations start with literacy or a Process Intelligence Assessment on one team, then expand once the evidence is in.
How long until we see results?+
Literacy sessions deliver the same day. A Process Intelligence Assessment runs two to four weeks on one team, with a ranked list of opportunities in under two weeks and an executive readout at the end.
Are you monitoring our employees?+
No. This is process management, never performance management. The recorders look at how work flows, employees can see what is recorded, and they can pause recording at any time.
What do you need from us to start?+
