The partnership brings together two complementary strengths. This is backed by decades of delivery experience across South Asia, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and the scale and sector diversity of the John Keells Group, with more than 20,000 employees spanning over 70 companies operating across eight industry verticals. Jolera contributes its comprehensive cybersecurity services portfolio, anchored by its 24/7 Security Operations Centre and managed detection and response capabilities, which will now be extended to John Keells IT and its clients as an integrated part of John Keells IT’s service offerings.

Through this alliance, Jolera will extend its cybersecurity services across John Keells IT’s markets, embedding enterprise-grade, 24/7 cyber defense into client engagements throughout South Asia, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. The two organizations will also work together to secure the enterprise platforms clients depend on, combining John Keells IT’s ERP, data, and CRM practices with Jolera’s security expertise to protect mission-critical business environments end to end.
