Network Security
In today's digital economy, every organization is concerned with security. Loss of employee productivity, critical damage to key customer relationships and significant clean-up expenditure occur as a result of security breaches. Ever-changing security risks constantly threaten the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.
Information is an asset that needs round-the-clock protection. With information driving management processes in today's changing business environment, information has to be treated as an asset and secured accordingly.
Jolera can help your company mitigate risk and implement trustworthy computing by assessing your organization's security status, then helping to implement proven security and firewall technologies to harden your network. As part of our IT Security services, we also offer training on how to be proactive about security and provide solutions for taking care of your organization's future security vulnerabilities.
While assessing your organization's security status, we also educate you on how to be proactive about security and recognize the signature of security threats before they occur. This greatly reduces the risks and costs associated with the electronic storage of proprietary and confidential data.
Firewall Analysis
Jolera uses the reporting features of an ISA Server to summarize communication statistics and output usage patterns. These patterns can be derived from any number of sources including: who is accessing which sites, which protocols and applications are most used, overview traffic patterns and cache ratios.
Jolera also uses these reports to closely monitor the security of your network. Applications of this monitoring include the tracking of unauthorized or potentially harmful attempts to access internal resources or the early warning of bulk connections meant to cause a denial of service error.

Firewall Implementation Services
Jolera can maximize your security with packet-level, circuit-level, and application level traffic filtering. Within an ISA system, stateful packet filtering determines which packets will be allowed to pass through to the secured network circuit and application layer proxy services which will open and close ports on the basis of need.
Circuit filtering provides transparent circuit gateways for multiplatform access to many Internet protocols and services. ISA Server circuit layer security works together with dynamic packet filtering for enhanced security and ease of use like no other.
Another important usage of the technology involves application filtering and stateful inspection handle commands within the application protocols. ISA Server acts on behalf of the client computer, hiding the network topology and IP addresses from the outside network.
Jolera can control access by user and group, application, source and destination and schedule. Firewall policy specifies which sites, content, protocols and communications are accessible to and from the network to protect your network from all unauthorized accesses, internally and externally.

Firewall Monitoring Services
Using our Firewall Intrusion Detection Services, Jolera can monitor Windows out-of-band, IP half-scan, Land, UDP bomb, Ping of death, all port scan, Invalid DHCP offer, IP spoofing, Oversized UDP packet and many other attacks on your network stability.

Firewall Caching Services
Jolera’s Web cache sits between one or more Web servers and a client or many clients and monitors requests, saving copies of those requests much like an internet browser. Two main reasons that you need Web caches are to reduce latency and to reduce network traffic. Jolera provides the advantage of these two for obvious resons, higher performance and reduced cost on bandwidth.

Firewall Ethical Hacking
An ethical hacker is a computer and network expert who attacks a security system on behalf of its owners, seeking vulnerabilities that a malicious hacker could exploit. To test a security system, ethical hackers (or penetration testers) use the same methods as their less principled counterparts, but report problems instead of taking advantage of them. Jolera’s white hat penetration service reveals the holes that need patching.
