Jolera can provide your organization with a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year remote monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting service for an array of different hardware, software and appliances. Full Patch Management

​Creators and developers of products and software are continuously releasing updates and enhancements to the products that you have implemented within your I.T. infrastructure. Keeping up-to-date with these new releases is part of the Jolera management offering and helps to ensure that your services are performing at their best and protected from any potential vulnerabilities.  Jolera will work with you organization to schedule outages (at any time of day) to install the tested and approved patches to the managed environment.

Reporting & Inventory Management

​A key aspect to any I.T. management service includes real-time information feeds, statistics reporting, and inventory/warranty lifecycle management. Jolera's Manage-I.T.™ product offering will give you access to an online portal which will present you with a plethora of real-time performance metrics, service availability, key security vulnerabilities, and useful inventory reporting. Taking advantage of this powerful product will allow you to better manage capacity, availability, and ensure that you are properly budgeting and planning for your I.T. requirements.
Jolera's Green Commitment
This service is housed in green friendly data centres that utilize efficient cooling methods, clean diesel generation (in a disaster event), and motion lights to conserve power usage during off peak hours. The server platforms also conform to Energy Star standards with additional capability to reduce server processing power (cpus and hard-drive spin) during off-peak hours to conserve equipment life and reduce energy consumption.

​Firewall

With the increase in frequency and sophistication of Internet attacks, firewall protection is now essential for all businesses connecting their servers or office networks to the Internet. Jolera’s Managed Device service can provide you with secure, 24/7/365 management and monitoring of your firewall devices at a fraction of the cost of doing it yourself. We will also perform a configuration backup of your firewall.

Router

We will manage your router’s physical or logical interfaces. Monitor uptime on the device and ensure availability by ensuring conformity to a change management process. We will perform a configuration backup of your router.

​Switch

We will monitor the switch for uptime, the traffic levels on available ports, and the syslog reports for problems/concerns. We will perform a configuration backup of your switch. Additionally, we will perform any required upgrades to your switch ensuring security, bug fixes, or feature enhancements as released by the vendor.

WAP (Wireless Access Point)

Jolera will manage the access point and perform configuration changes as requested. We will monitor WAP switches for uptime and traffic levels. We will perform a configuration backup of your wireless access point. Additionally we will perform any required upgrades to your switch to ensure security, bugs, or feature enhancements as released by the vendor.

VMHost (Virtual Machine)

Jolera will manage your virtual host to ensure 99.9% availability during the year. We will apply appropriate updates and critical patches to the server as recommended by the vendor.

Restore Assurance

​Taking responsibility of managing your infrastructure comes certain a sense of comfort that in the event of complete service failure, Jolera will restore it to the previously working state at no charge. For example should your managed fileserver operating system become corrupt and unavailable for users to access, Jolera will assist in creating a new fileserver and restoring the data and service configuration to its original working state.

​I.T. never sleeps. Your infrastructure is constantly working to service your business needs. Jolera's Manage-I.T.™ product is constantly monitoring your environment for any possible signs of failure or performance degradation. Alerts are created to highlight any possible issues and automatically converted into tickets for further investigation and resolution depending on the key thresholds and policies set by our managed services group.
Manage-I.T. ™ Server

​Often what are thought to be minor configuration changes on key systems can wreak havoc across the organization. Jolera will provide and maintain strict controls over server, network configurations, and processes.
By providing change management controls over your system, we can identify and prevent associated issues from degrading performance. On request, Jolera can also provide moves, adds, and changes on managed servers and devices.
While deploying Manage-I.T.™ our engineers will perform an assessment of your infrastructure and then work to establish appropriate baseline thresholds of processes. Using an agentless architecture we monitor the environment and upon receiving an alert, technicians begin troubleshooting the issue immediately.
